Liam Flanagan was said to be adored by everyone, especially his mother Sara Hebard and stepfather Scott Hinkle. Unfortunately, after a minor accident due to the scratch from his bike’s handle, he had to get stitched. Liam’s parents thought that it’s just normal until he felt excruciating pain.
